Kate Galliers is the Founder and Executive Producer of Little Bear Studios, the boutique creative production company she launched in 2020 to produce photo, video, and motion campaigns. She focuses her attention on brands and agencies supporting a happier, healthier planet. With 15+ years of experience in-house at brands and agencies, she has developed award-winning content for some of the most discerning brands in beauty, wellness, CPG, luxury, tech and food & beverage — from a single hero image to full integrated campaigns.

Beyond her work at LBS, Kate is available as a Fractional Head of Production, Creative Services or Executive Producer for agencies and brands that need senior production leadership without the full-time commitment. Whether it's building out a production department from scratch, standardizing workflows and SOWs, or shepherding a high-stakes campaign across the finish line, she brings the same rigor and care she applies to her own studio.

The word around town is that her set playlists are pretty fire. When she's not producing, you'll find her surfing, chasing her son around, or convincing her dog that the ocean is safe.
